Starting from Feb 11th, we are launching Version 2.0 of our coaching plans. They are now easier to complete, making Mindshine a more effective mental health coaching partner for you.
Mindshine coaching plans are the core of what we offer. While Mindshine is not a replacement for professional therapy, the coaching plans are the most effective tool we offer to help you tackle your mental health challenges. From boosting confidence, to building resilience, positivity or productivity, they are the jewel in the Mindshine crown.
Better for you:
The data is showing us that people are struggling to reach the end of the coaching plans, which up until now, have been designed to last 28 days.
Unfortunately, the Science tells us that few things make us feel better and more motivated to keep going than the shot of dopamine our brains give us when we finish a task.
So, following our own oft-repeated advice, we have broken the coaching plans down into smaller, more manageable chunks.
Each plan is now made up of 5 -10 sessions, instead of two sets of 14 sessions (28). Each session lasts between 10 and 15 minutes.
